End User License Agreement (EULA) for atStockIllustration.com

1. Permitted Uses

Having purchased an Image, Illustration, or Works (Image) from atStockIllustration.com or atStockPhoto.com, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use and reproduce the Image in printed materials, or in electronic or digital form according to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this agreement.
A not exhaustive list of permitted use examples subject to restrictions outlined in (2.):

• websites
  web banners
  newsletters
  video presentations
  PDF documents
  blogs
  email
  slide shows
  mobile apps or other software (applications)
  magazine articles
  brochures
  documents
  booklets
  packaging
  make fine art prints
  on a web site
  in a magazine
  newspaper
  book or booklet cover or interior book illustration
  flyer
  billboards
  business cards
  any other advertising and promotional material in either printed or electronic media

You may modify the Image in any way you wish or include them in your own illustrations.

2. Restrictions

Rights are Non-transferable. The work you produce using an Image from atStockIllustration.com must be for your own use, or if purchased on behalf of your employer or client, your employer or client must be the end-user of your work. You may not sell, rent, loan, give, sublicense, or otherwise transfer to anyone the Image or the right to use an Image and nothing you produce shall grant or purport to grant to any third party a right to use or duplicate an Image. You agree to take all commercially reasonable steps to prevent third parties from duplicating or distributing the Image. Each Image must be incorporated into a design in such a manner to make it clear that the Image is not intended to be separately downloaded, copied, or distributed.
Modification of Images is permissible but in any case copyright is not transferred to you and as such you may not claim the Image or derivative work is your own or infringe the moral rights of the Image’s original creator. It is recommend you credit the atStockIllustraion.com and Christos Georghiou.

A. The Image may not be resold or redistributed. The following are considered sub-licensing or redistribution and forbidden under terms of the license, this is not an exhaustive list:

i. You may not use the Image in web templates, print templates, document templates, wallpapers, screen-savers, e-cards, or other products for sale or distribution by download or any other means.

ii. You may not use the Image on items designed for sale where the illustration is the focus or selling point of the item including but not limited to greeting cards, postcards, tee shirts, mugs, canvases, calendars, posters, business cards, mouse pads, wallpaper or other such items. This includes any and all items distributed by print on demand sites such as Zazzle, Cafepress or similar.

B. If you use the Images for printed materials, the number of copies must not exceed 250,000. If you wish to exceed this limit please contact us to discuss extended license options.

C. Web usage is limited to a maximum width or height of 600 pixels, whichever is greater.

D. You may not use the Image as a trademark or service mark

E. You may not use the Image for any pornographic, unlawful purpose or to defame any person or to violate any person’s right of privacy or publicity

F. You may not use the Image to infringe upon any copyright, trade name, trademark, or service mark of any person/entity

G. You may not use the image in uses covering sensitive subjects including, without limitation, topics that may depict the subject matter of an Image in a negative or unfavourable light or subject persons to ridicule

3. Limitations

A license under these terms is granted only for an Image purchased on atStockIllustration.com. All other Images and content on the site, such as watermarked versions are entirely copyrighted.

You may not at any time share, sell, give, or allow anyone to use your username/password, nor access your account for any reason.

End-user is responsible for their own legal council for use of Images. You accept all responsibility for all liabilities in connection with use of Images.
You shall indemnify and defend atStockIllustration.com or atStockPhoto.com and creator(s) of content against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees and expenses, arising out of or related to (i) a breach of this Agreement, (ii) the use or modification of any Image or combination of any Image with any other material, (iii) your failure to abide by any restriction regarding the use of an Image, or (iv) any claim by a third party related to the use of an Image, alone or in combination with any other material. The illustrator warrants ownership of the copyright for the Image.

4. Refunds

We do not offer refunds. We list all relevant information in regards to the Image, size, and filetype available for download. Images are available on a what-you-see-is-what-you-get basis. If you are experiencing problems with downloaded files or site functionality, please contact us immediately!
You are responsible for knowing how to use the downloaded Images and filetypes associated with them. While we try to be accommodating, we cannot be held responsible for any lack of knowledge on behalf of the user in regards to editing files or using the software necessary for editing them.
Paypal Payments and Discrepancies. We have set up a simple system to minimize difficulties as well as protect atStockIllustration.com and the end user. If you find that you have purchased an Image and it is not available for download right away, please contact us immediately.
